Effective date: 2026-09-29
This privacy policy applies to the Quick Drawings game (Russian title: «Быстрые рисунки») — the website and Telegram Mini App at https://game4.mobi/quick_draw/, and any related services (collectively, the “Application”) operated by Maksim Tarasov (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Package ID: mobi.game4.quickdrawings.

Data deletion instructions (Google Play): https://game4.mobi/quick_draw/data-deletion.html
By using the Application you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
The Application does not ask for your email or phone number. When you play online we currently process:
On the device or browser we also store settings (language, consent flag) and a local copy of your player id so the game can continue.
In the ordinary browser (not Telegram), after you accept the consent screen, we use one first-party cookie qd_uid with your anonymous player id — not your nickname — plus equivalent local storage. Without it the web game cannot keep your progress between visits. We do not use separate advertising cookies in the current version.
In Telegram Mini App we identify you via Telegram Mini App data; the cookie consent screen is not shown.
As of the effective date of this policy, we do not collect:
We do not currently show ads, run third-party advertising or attribution SDKs, or sell personal information.
We currently use the data above to:
We may later add features such as advertising or native store builds. If we do, we will update this Privacy Policy (and store disclosure forms, if applicable) before those features go live. Until then, we do not use your data for advertising.
If you open the Application inside Telegram, Telegram provides Mini App context under Telegram’s terms and privacy policy. We use that context to sign you in and may store your Telegram user id and a nickname derived from your Telegram profile. Closing the Mini App does not automatically delete your server-side player record.
Figure recognition uses models and reference material that include Google’s public Quick, Draw! dataset (CC BY 4.0). That dataset is not personal data we collect from you, and it does not mean Google endorses this game. See the in-game About screen for attribution links.
We use infrastructure needed to run the service (hosting and database). We do not sell your information. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the Application and its users. Leaderboards may show your nickname and score to other players.
Data may be processed on servers outside your country. By using the Application you understand that this may happen.
Player progress, nickname, Telegram linkage (if any), gameplay history needed for the product, and leaderboard-related records are kept while your account exists and the service operates, unless we delete them earlier (for example abuse cleanup or a deletion you request). Analytics logs may be rotated over time. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify a player may be kept longer. Data stored only on your device remains until you clear site data or uninstall.
When an account is deleted, all personal and user data associated with that account are permanently erased. We may keep de-identified technical identifiers in hashed form indefinitely, solely for security, fraud prevention, and the technical stability of the platform. Those records do not restore your profile, progress, nickname, or drawings.
In the Application settings you can delete your data: we erase your server-side record and clear local identity on this device; you can then start again as a new player.
You can also stop further use by leaving the site or Mini App and clearing cookies / site data for this site (web), or by stopping use of the Mini App (Telegram). Clearing local data alone may create a new anonymous identity on the next web visit; it does not always erase an existing server record by itself.
To ask about deletion of server-side data by email, contact tarasovmaksim89@gmail.com. We may need enough information to locate your record (for example nickname or Telegram context).
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal data (access, correction, deletion, and similar). Contact the email above. We will respond as required by applicable law.
The Application is not directed at children under 13 (or a higher age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Application at your own risk.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application changes. The new version applies once posted here, with a new effective date. Please review this page from time to time. Material changes (for example adding advertising) will be reflected in this policy before those features are enabled.
